How long does the delivery take ?

METROPOLITAN FRANCE

Delivery in France is provided by Colissimo and Mondial Relay. The indicative delivery time is approximately 24/72 hours after receipt of the shipping confirmation email indicating receipt of the goods by the carrier. This delivery time is indicative, valid on working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and may vary depending on the time of year.

EUROPEAN UNION AND OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

For the European Union (including Switzerland), the delivery time is 2 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and 6 to 12 working days for the rest of the world (excluding weekends and public holidays). This deadline is indicative and may vary depending on certain periods of the year.

Where do you deliver ?

We are based in France but we deliver worldwide.

How to track my order ?

Just after validation of your order, you will receive a summary of your order by e-mail. It will be processed as quickly as possible by our team. As soon as it is shipped, you will receive a new email containing your tracking number.

I haven't received any emails since I placed my order, what should I do ?

You may have entered your email address incorrectly or the email may have gone to spam.

Do I have to pay customs fees ?

If you place an order outside the European Union, customs fees may apply.

For all orders placed in mainland France or the European Union (excluding Switzerland and the United Kingdom), you will not be charged any customs fees.

What size should I get ?

Some items are "Oversize" and others fit normally.

You can consult the size guides on the product pages to be sure you choose the right size.

I would like to make a return, how do I do it ?

You can return an item within 14 days of receipt of your order without needing to justify it.

To make a return, please contact us first at the email address contact.piragraph@gmail.com with your number order.

The items must be in their original condition, without having been worn or washed, in their original packaging. Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted. Once received, your package will be examined (condition, odor). Please note that if your returned items are not in their original condition, we will not be able to accept your return and we will be obliged to return them to you.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You have 14 days after validation of your return to send the package.

The after-sales service confirmation email will be considered validation of the return.

After this period, we will be obliged to refuse your return.
